I’m a straight talker, an insightful therapist and a passionate believer in natural health and alternative systems of medicine.  That’s why I believe in using my knowledge and skills to help you achieve your health, beauty and wellbeing goals.

What I won’t do is tell you the Universe will make miracles happen.

What I will do is understand your individual health and wellbeing situation from the alternative perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) as well as the conventional approach to anatomy and physiology. And I’ll work with you using a variety of medical, physical and aesthetic techniques to improve and/or manage it.

I will show you how to help yourself in achieving your goals by using techniques that have helped many people before you.  If you need me to, I will hold you accountable so you can achieve your goals.

I can help you achieve your wellbeing goals, but you need to want it.
