Zen Mama – Spa Quality Treatments with Childcare
Being Mama is a gift but even for the most chilled out of us, it can be tiring and trying too. Just finding time to go to the bathroom by yourself can be a challenge. Nevermind booking in for a much needed treatment for your mind, body or soul!
Zen Mama gives you the opportunity to book in and have treatments with childcare to boot! Your pre-school age child/ren will be cared for by Jo of StoryBox Creations. Jo is a qualified, DBS registered and experienced child arts and craft educator. She works in schools and in the community to bring fun and creativity to children. So you can have your treatment in one of our beautiful wellness spaces knowing they are safe and being entertained in the next room.
How does it work?
You arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, allowing time for you and your children to settle in and meet Jo. You will then be taken to a separate room for your treatment. All whilst your children enjoy themselves in our light, airy and spacious studio with art, craft, bubbles, gentle music and storytelling.

– Reflexology
– Massage
– Facial
– Life Coaching.
Treatments will last approximately 50 mins and are charged at £45 a session plus £10 per child.
Other Information
We welcome pre-school children during term-time and upto aged 10 during holidays, with a maximum of 2 children per mama.
We provide this wonderful service every Tuesday from 9.30-12.30 and you are encouraged to book in advance to secure your appointment.
Due to the popularity of our treatments with childcare, we do operate a cancellation policy if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or forget to come ☹.
Treatments are not just for Mamas….. Daddies, Grandparents or other carers are very welcome.
