Morning Miracle

I always start my morning early as I am a keen follower of ‘the Morning Miracle’ written by Hal Elrod. So, I am just sat with a cup of tea feeling at peace and grateful I have the chance to be doing what I am doing. 

Bucket List Gratitude

I am very aware this feeling can change in a moment.  No matter how organized you are, an external issue can hit you and these are the unexpected events which can floor us.

I want to give people the tools to cope when this happens.  We will all struggle sometimes. Myself included.  It is being aware that one bad day is totally normal and knowing that if you experience them consistently, you CAN ask for help to cope.

National Conversation Week

It is National Conversation Week this week (this year’s topic is all about finances).  My closest will tell you I do not like being quiet for too long; I always enjoy getting to know others and I love to natter! I wanted to write this as some don’t talk easily and many will feel better  in their own company.  Others simply struggle to start a conversation.

Bucket Lists

An unusual conversation starter could be to discuss a Bucket List!

I was asked about this last week and my first thoughts were of panic.  My thoughts of this were quite morbid. More than likely, this comes from something I have been told and I have just stuck with this unhelpful belief.

So… where am I going with this?  What are bucket lists? Do you have a bucket list? Do you have goals which you would love to aim for or is there just something that holds you back?

For those who know me will know I am a massive fan of goal setting and gratitude so this is where bucket lists comes into play.

The Big “If” Question

If you were told you had a limited life in some way, you would ensure you got 100% out of each day from that point, right?

And yet we often talk with language like ‘next year we could’ or ‘I’ll stay here for X years then move’.

Time is massively taken for granted by us all.

If you are someone who gets 100% out of each day, please share your routines and stories as it will inspire others.  If you are not someone who gets 100% out of each day, what is preventing you?  Stress?  Fear?  Anxiety?   Or health issues maybe?

What would you change if you could that would help you feel free to do all you wish to? An answer may have come to your mind straight away? Go with that and get in touch if we can assist you.

There are no rules – you do not need to be extravagant in your dreams unless you want to.  You just want to ensure you are doing the things that make you feel happy and fulfilled.

We can drift through life with having no idea what we actually want.
